PS: That is impressive results. 20 to 30 meters of a Crater. 12t moon dust 100km into Moon's non existing Atmosphere blown, stretched 180km flat over the moon surface.

NASA intentionally did this only once. The data you are citing describes the LCROSS (Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite) mission, which deliberately crashed its Centaur upper-stage rocket into the permanently shadowed Cabeus crater on the Moon on October 9, 2009
The "intentionally" and your attitude towards the White House' drug policies scares me a bit. Getting a drivers license on Dope is more difficult than you operating in Space, Dude.
