PS: In the first Vid you can see what happened to NBA basketball. Nr 29 is an offense foul and the commentator calls it a defense foul. So, offense foul means the attacking player fouled. He receives a shot to his position outside the 3 point line. Then he dribbles forward, through the arms of his defender and into two guys defending below the basket. One does one step and jumps, and the little motherfucker with a serious mobility handicap continuous is attack jumping right intö the guy with his elbow straight into the defenders face. That's a dangerous foul.
He won't go off court for having hit a man while having had no chance to get a no touch dunk down from his first step on.
