The problem ahead.
This man is crushing it. I keep saying that, but I think he really runs the largest Personal Brand Agency in Europe.
Let's look at that last video from my perspective.
He just was hired by a Swisscom Manager. There is a great chance that the company pays the manager the expenses for his fame trip based on mainly LinkedIn. The problem is that Swisscom is pretty much beneath the nice marketing wording basically selling SIM cards with a contract.
That goes by price or shiny objects. The latter tend to fail paying their contracts, the others make their profit.
This then means that the manager is mainly working on his next promotion or job for a bigger player who can pay him more, but does shit nothing for Swisscom to lower SIM card prices.
The reality in these companies is an ugly one. They have Crews that work hard, under stress and keep the system running. That was me in the HelpDesk. Even in no CIA cover operations, social engineering exchanges clear escalations paths, but without both sucking up to the right people and a degree in something, no career jump will happen.
That is The Western Corporate Cast System.
Depending on the structure of the corporation some Crews do nothing. In my place that was the Boston located Innovation Lab. Never did I have such a hard time keeping my Poker face when being asked what a VR glass could do in a Clinical Trial, as the only correct and even appropriate answer would have been: Shit nothing you fucking overpaid lazy idiot, trying to score a free promotion ticket, by harvesting me.
Idea theft is most common in that system as much as no financial participation in losses and a general no trial no matter what position.
That was the Firm abusing Cold War, the economic wing of the CIA, and who ever has a serious death wish but aspirations for a Pulitzer Price just needs to have the Washington Post print about the IBM-GM human network by background checking the managers and stress testing their collage degrees.

To draw the circle, as this is not about unfairness but about what goes around comes around, is in the Accumulating Capitalism that is based on an Interest Based Central Bank Monetary System we have currently, profit extremely important. Profit is based on productivity and that directly connected to efficiency.
I am basically trying to tell you that the Coke Heads of our System are about to take themselves down, but we have no historic blue print except chaos and blunt murder. Germany, the export world champion is just the start and they are not doing well as a society:
