Ok. Do they lie?
First of all it is called Hisb'Allah. Then the area is Chaos. That organization has four wings. A political one that achieves absolute majority on the territory known as the South of the Nation Lebanon. Then a Charity one, to which Hospitals and Ambulances belong. Also an Economic one that after large IDF bombardments hands out Dollar bills with a stamp on being temporary money to allow reconstruction having to coordinate only material supply into dedicated shops and an infamous military one. The Paramilitary Terror Organization enemy to the only Democracy in the region hosting the most moral sound military force.
Around that all it needs to establish a stronghold anywhere and in Judea and Samaria is armed humans willing to kill and die of which plenty are attracted by two words: Middle East.
The rest... is just This Is Europa! Business as usual and its been worse.
