After WW2 the nation should have invested into Infrastructure and Education based on a Social-Market Economy. Today the low incomes pay little tax, but the Infrastructure and Education having been lacking the required maintenance to be fit for liberating the market. That means, that those reforms will not help to push the low income worker, driving a fine, reliable and affordable car in a well functional by continuous maintenance and expansion build infrastructure network, into Entrepreneurship and thereby self-fulfillment and further prosperity by working while letting the wealthier have more from their fortune, but will have as only effect that tax revenues are missing by taking off taxes from those only to be taxable realistically. By the missing base, the reforms will have the opposite effect than if ... if you'd had a single honest day in Cold War about yourself, Germans instead of telling yourself you did not that bad just like in Gdansk, that you did not found at all in the Mid-Ages, but murdered into your possession.
