They are building pockets and I do wonder if that is more organized than it appears. It is impressive to not spend one word on work and manage to be surrounded by not one single Irish person, but to find the worst stereotypical spots of Irishness.
Riverdance footage of her besties babygirl daughter must be about next.
Since its a Free World you cannot really do a lot against it, but you also do not have to take it.
The point is that there is a great chance that the recent Nationalist movement is actually fueled from within such communities. It is not that hard to adopt an Irish accent when living for some time in Ireland. That does not make anyone Irish. Not breaking any law upfront does not mean someone is a good person, willing to integrate or even a law abiding person. They might be just good in hiding.
Coming to Ireland, to be staying in Ireland, must have financial reasons. That means the person must have a way to provide his needs, which is by work. That work must be adding to the Irish, local markets or use local markets to add to international markets. Each way serves several ways. The American War of Independence, in which Irish took a major weight, was about one community exploiting instead of adding to that very market by serving nothing except taxation demands.
Having no economic reasons to stay long term in an area, does not make any sense just based on how human life is based in every society. The Irish must understand that most, considering the huge amount of exile, emigrant Irish communities world wide.
From that perspective, that woman must have something else in mind than making a living.
Communities, no matter if made up from Central Europeans or Central Africans, are usually organized in about the same way. They function next and depended on the local market having one or several main incomes which allow the circulation within. The more that income is coming from serving the local market, the more chances of a fruitful integration those communities have. The more they rely on income from other regions, the more alien they are.
So, if a Ghanaian man comes to Gallway and builds a Ghanaian community there by e.g. bringing more people from both Africa and other communities in Europe the most obvious business would be those sourcing locally produced goods for export into other European communities that bring those to their local markets.
