Watching this, I wonder if they do not want to use the N-Word, because they should not be among dark skinned humans at all.
Actually, the N-Word issue is rather simple. According to MTV only those of same skin colour may use the Nigger word. The Negro word is outdated and only for white grand dads, if at all.
If you have permission from Afro-American black, as North-African humans are out, to use the N-Word when socialising with or among them, you may, but might have to explain yourself with best Afro-American company with you, confirming the permission explicitly. A comprehensive Jay-Z record collection is not sufficiant as justification among slave masters or household slaves or any of their company.
Personally, I need a weekend without sun blocker in any US town walking around and I am free to go....
