In the last part he explaines the route the channel will take and not one word is mentioned that a lake turns into main yachting real estate for big bugs development as a new hot spot area as soon the diggers are done pooring concrete. This lake just got sea access and so every boat tyed to a pole swmming in it pushing the housing all around onto a next level value.
Istanbuhl is the actual very capital of all Turk people that stretch from the edge of Europe deep into rough mountain areas just north of Afgahnistan.
