Same war, but for different reasons

There is a chance that the Confed will soon push for another War on Oil, but in The Near to Far East and that's the real Why they are about to leave Europe alone with Russia, which the Max Headroom of US Think Tanks implicates int the first minutes,
There is even a chance that all other nations start a war against The USA for oil, but to keep it or better save it.
Oil reserves are limited and pretty much all 3rd World nations have a tremendously way lower per head consumption of oil. They also are better off creating a decentrelized energy and even fuel industry by letting individuals invest in their local homes and comunity's energy sector based on a Slum Coltoure System rather than a Capitalist Market of a main player corporation or Socialist Planned Economy subsidiced by the Governement, using instead reliable low tech mixes of energy creation bespoke for the local geography and economy.
Instead of a Chinese company building a main energy factory like a coal plant in the outskirts of Jakarta with a dedicated harbour, or the Indonesia building one by a national trust, the wealthier among the poor and richer among the wealthy of Jakarta can build based on neighbourhood presence on their own homes solar panels, tiny windmills and electric ofens using e.g. dried excrement with molasse or tiny destills based on their shared slum economy for the financial gain of all.
That has a few effects. The local communities have an energy partner they know and trust, the energy sector will by using more hands and simplier technology developing way faster and the grid will be a lot more stable and already by missing long transportation wires also way more efficient, therefore lowering the amount of needed fuels while focusing on cheap and therefore renewable local energy sources, turning the entire nation more independent from Oil.
On the other hand side, by more already industrialised nations or partially industrialised nations with many nations reaching high-tech standard levels, the demand of high-tech materials such as fibres is also rising.
Those are made out of Oil, with the exception of Carbon Fibre. All high-tech Nylon used in the clothing industry, all polymere materials used in construction and for transport and storage as plastic bottles are made from Oil.
Most Arabic nations quite possibly will soon refuse to sell Oil for fuel production and hopefully will instead be ready to offer the results of their alternative fuel research projects creating Ethanol having a major interest in higher prices and longer availability for their main soil good.
This might find resistance in what we know as "Dallas" The TV Series....and my guys won't catch bullets for bullshit bitching and idiots. Period....so if you wanna keep your Mercs and Rangies....
