Everyone can do a bus driver licence, but even so noone does one the wage is bad. Sick time may not be taken into account for promotions or a rise, but noone can proof thoughts in court, instead it needs unions and politicians creating laws and rules in need of policing instead everyone creating a humain system.
Imagine that: On a bus trip the bus driver takes three hours of rest instead of one.
