That City Evening Boys Night out is their big show. They got the cars out, they have the fine comfy clothing and a fine table on overlook slightly erected.
You only can top that by the manager or owner coming out when a off the menu thing is served to welcome the Crew.
If there was another big shot Crew around, even on a table next, they would not challenge each other, like they won't get loud like screaming ever louder, but respect each other by a nod to the other Crew when eyes meet and possibly ask about role and business during the evening later in the cause of the early night.
The other can afford what they can, at least for that evening, so they are equals in the moment
