What would be the expected choice, would the wrong choice. ABBs are not into showing off for luxerious reasons, they are in for reasons closer to the 60ies Malibu Surfer Scene. They are more like the Beach Boys than Take That. It is more about the girls than the boys.
That's why the first choice for EBBs is no good match, if I profiled them correctly. This being said is luxury and old money Europe for all Americans.
Buy a run down or unprofitable Golf Resort, Robinson Cruso Vacation Club or empty Village in Sardinia, Greece, Spain or Italy and turn it with some Las Vegas manager into something not too much of a Disney Land for BBs.
It'll be a Gated Community around a Gym with Restaurants and Recreational facilities for prep, vac and sack like up, relax and chill...your style.
