Stop increaseing Ukraine support, but let them buy what they want except weapons of mass destruction. Build up the Armybase in Rumania and try to establish an Airforce training base in the Sahara mountains like France in Algeria to increase Air and Infantry training. 

Have the Navy move and spread out in Oceania avoiding conflict with China, by splitting up first strike fleets, but increasing trade line security and surveillance against drug trade and terrorism including source material deliveries to Mexico.

Establish contacts with all nations off BRISC, but for U.S. SMEs and cut down domestic U.S. monopolies and oligopoles to increase consumer choice in all industries by first those based on conducting unethical business behaviour.

Make sure infrastructure projects are per design capable of lasting 100 years without major maintenance. The Golden Gate Bridge is a standard, not exceptional construction designe, showcasing construction expertese not exception.

But leave the Healthcare Industry to the Feds, please.
