So, there is CCTV for traffic in London fucking everywhere, but it can be publically accessed.
So, if you are allready installing CCTV cams on all major junctions of the NY street system connected to the Word Wide Web aka Internet so everyone can check for themself if taking the car is today's choice, what about installing CCTV cams in Blocks giving access to the residents, that than can call the Cops telling a CCTV cam registration number so they can have a look at the past 10min recording that gets deleted otherwise while watching known crime spots?

When crime is down it often means that the Toxic Gangs are exchanged by Police Gangs which are still causing a certain uncomfort. The trick to keep crime down and head forward to where a town is supposed to be is by filling these spots with street life. NY is the birthplace of Hip-Hop and nothing is more melting pot than this American sub-coltoure. The MOMA shop sells Skateboards and Street Sports are a close brother of Hip-Hop.
So, how do you get that there with some of that close by...
