True. The Constitution and its philosophical base the Declaration of Independence is the minimum common ground on citizen rights in a construct that knows only citizens and those to become. Every member state of the Union having signed obeying that Constitution may define rights specific to its region based on that and thereby clearly define greater rights, yet never limit those.
Aliens are not mentioned in the constitution, but words like naturalization and infringement are used to guarantee certain rights designed based on the Deceleration of Independence to keep every organization intending to step off the Constitution at bay, legally.
So, what for do you want to get shot at for in the United States of America, DEA and FBI in particular?
Using your right to bear arms to suppress citizens?
Using your rights to bear arms and form militias to infringe other citizens and militias Constitutional rights?
That is abuse and for that every state needs laws defining the sentences, if found guilty and caught alive.
