They won't take attack positions, yet, I guess. During the Cold War the NATO high command openly communicated the attack position of the entire fleet to the Sowjet Command taking them in larger war games to underline the nuclear threat doctrine of the Cold War... and to keep the Sowjets from freaking out so bad they go for the Erstschlag, the preamptive strike ending all live on earth.
Basically, the two biggest fleets are gonna say "Hi, How you're doing?" to each other since a long time and hopefully have a concert.
