At some point a Ukrainian Officer says that the Drone strategy is very promising to them.
To be honest, I think I understand why in the German or Teutonic Order Warfare doctrines RC Drones are a true perfect game changer.
You lazy basterds...
Drones are simple and universal, manoeuvrable and easy to use from a remote place. That means they can sneak in advancing onto enemy positions or hide in shelters while being under attack to hit their enemy having him visible, but without a direct line of fire.
They must feel each like having taken one of our castles in the mid-ages before figuring that Castle Defence is an entire school of warfare of its own.
Drones mean no excessive life fire training, no sweat and muscle pain, no injuries during exercise, but a Playstation like experience as back in School during school breaks surrounded by friends.
This also must mean that Ukraine and ultimately The West better educates that no recruite has to expect Hollywood style war hero training and action, they will have a continuous stream of volunteers and their problems are a pure propaganda deflection for an illegal, but Kartar like style, strike.
Their development must focus on longer range and easier to operate bomb carrying drones and their tactics again try to hit resting enemy units in Drone Attack Drive Bys like missions, if having resources free of defending against Russian artillery hits.
The war might turn into light Infantry operating Drones Vs artillery striking. That means, the Ukrainians will use more hit and run tactics trying to avoid being bound into positions facing artillery overloads, which in reaction increases the need of analyzing troop movements.
Destruction will increase, but kills might get fewer, which would extent the war.
....
You fucking idiots manoeuvred yourselves into a most ugly downward spiral ... over a Dominion.
The world will continue changing, with or without you and eventually over you all. Animals eat and are eaten, we are supposed to be or not to be.
Some of you might make it to us, hopefully.
