Actually there are two ranks next to the standard ranks. Not anymore since YouTube. Those two are Seargent Major and General Major.  

They derive from both the War of Independence and the Civil War and only existed in the French Military before. A Seargent Major acts alone or orders a Platoon level unit. A General Major an entire Army, Division or Brigade. 
Both have special High Command or Presidential orders and can not be ordered by anyone within the normal ranks of the military, but instead have to be supported based on their mission papers stated orders by all military personal that they may order around.

 

An example would be for a General Major to guide a Brigade of Special Forces within an existing military campaign into a special mission, like finding Iraq Gas Factories, which turns truthful prior investigation very important considering the forces such an operation can bind off attacking main forces.

 

An example for a Seargent Major would be a search mission of a resistance head in Iran to then act as bodyguards being embedded with those men.

 

The Salute is a military form of saying Hello. Especially Reservists overdue that salute. In most field missions are since Vietnam no rank insignias worn anymore and saluting in the field is forbidden to keep snipers off inquiring targets. 

No soldier of any rank may walk around on military ground to be cheered at, especially in form of collecting Salutes and most certainly not by any Officer from that very special rank that only the very most elite soldiers received, no matter the Reservists publishing might and powers, by being no part of the line of command. Yet, he may salute his valor anytime he considers appropriate respecting his achievements in duty.

In the episode he starts eventually talking about founding a business from scratch; That it is difficult to find the first client and second, having them pay and basically staying in business. 

 

Opening a fuel station at a Motorway and busy junction does not have these problems. We also only have a very few companies issuing licences for a fuel station. Actually, based on economic philosophy that quantity or lack thereof is a substantial problem. 

If a large company founds a subsidiary that is a new found company. That ultimately means that a simple statistic on new founded companies tells nothing about the actual state of the economy in any respectful meaning. It can't even predict tax revenues. It is utterly meaningless to understand the reality of the economy.

 

Beside of subsidiaries and licensed contractors new companies must be also found for different reasons. Invention might be one and demand another.

 

I am telling you that these two are actually supposed to be in a healthy market the only reasons to found a company and having a Petro_Enterprise legally as a separate entity is macro-economic fraud just hidden worse than all products in our Western Supermarkets being owned by about five large companies.

 

This example will even sound stupid to most: My neighbour asks me for a handy job in his flat and I do it. Having my first client I found a company.

 

When the Berlin Wall fell, Eastern Berlin still had plenty of old pre-WW houses with still the same special kind of window. Those windows were basically two windows, one to the outside and one to the inside. If using a back than a 150 DM machine with 5 minutes labour and using a rubber band for 5 DM the insulation value of that window could have been pushed beyond most modern IV68 triple insulation glass windows.
