Let's be honest. How many of the millions out there actually have an App idea?
For some time the Start-Up company way was hyped in the business economics parts of the media world. They latterly said: We are looking for the next Microsoft. Then, the Killer App was hunted.
This is Greed driven Manifestations of desires in quite a need for counseling, but not a solid business strategy.
Open Source Software is a small community of quite anonymous and independent from each other humans that usually only see on GitHub and Source Forge each others output.
Some of the Big Players add to that community having understood the business idea. If a large company gives up it's full copy right restrictions having with their Office Suite no stand against MS Office they hope some IT Department or Independent Consultant takes off 0.001 percent market share with them having 0 cost what so ever.
So, what you think? How many IT guys do have coding needs compared to how many Normals an App idea?
