Science starts with seeing the problem and being curious, is a second one.
That needs some refinement. Most will struggle, despite being right by their intuition about I don't know what I know and I don't even know what I don't know yet. The first is correctly described as hidden knowledge within the company. Usually that is discovered by "I think I know who might know that..." or during the Coffee Break. The last is simply that we cannot predict the future perfectly and that thereby that future holds surprises, in especially knowledge. "I had no idea I would ever learn that..."
