Considering that they managed to rush into their neighbours lands and erected no more than in each a terror regiment to exploit and surpress everyone having been far away throughout from having successfully incorporated those territories into the Reich as no problem Kolonies he must mean that they have faced no clear hard frontline or decisive hard loss battle until Stalingrad and the Normandie.
Then, the Ukraine war with it's kill zone frontline and hardly moving position must be on Autism level pain to everyone of his Teutonic Order and Clausewitz School education of war.
