In Russia the Interior Ministry even might or take care that the factory is not build by handing out no license. If a smartass now would have split the factory into five places, using five company names, but kept the price dumping e.g. by forcing unpayed overtime or using black market flour everyone would wonder how they can make these prices, rumor would spread ... but only a powerful Interior Secret Service would be able to connect the dots based on market evaluation using flour price charts, work hours predictions for bread loves and other Sowjet times calculation systems, beside rioting five places.
What if soon much less Ukrainian drones strike within Russia successfully, but gun fights increase for a few ugly month all around my Crews in the U.S.A?
