A Cluster is parallel computing and that means that a Cluster is faster in running several programs parallel, especially if they communicate with each other or if electricity consumption is important.
So, the PI Cluster is not needed for running one software, but when four programs are running parallel like a database, a spread sheet software and e.g. IRC instead of Blender rendering a movie.
IRC is interesting, because it can run bots and add ftp connections. Imagine you can access That PI Cluster remotely and tell the bot to give you a set of data in form of a chart. IRC is one of the Cluster PIs. In this case the bot triggers the Spread Sheet Visual Basic on a 2nd Cluster PI to pull data from the Database on a 3rd Cluster and push the result to the FTP server on the 4th.
In this case all PIs would be used. If another user asks for the same data set only the IRC and FTP would be used.
Border rendering instead needs very short core connections giving a one CPU design a major advantage and real parallel computing is entirely software design depending in times of only multi core CPUs.

How it should be
I got up early at noon. Being night active I usually sleep into the afternoon, but not today. I had a meeting with a financer at a bank yesterday in Tel Aviv shortly after I landed my kit-plane and took a cap to the banks HQ.

This time I suggest that Superstructures are created, which means that by using a metal frame work the reerrected houses are physically and structuraly connected and integrated into neighbouring houses over backyards and even streets.
These pipe or double T support frames are not, but can, be closed creating new levels and more space depending on need and sunshine distribution to the ground level road or pathway.
They should limit the impact of future impacts.
