The only thing that may not appear is someone with proper German grammer, blond and blue eye looks that actualy listens to what he sais beyond pronounciation and grammer.

Of course those will correct your English and French and teach you proper grammer, from their German school books every possible hit, while the stupid won't speak any English worse than every Frenchman trying to avoid German grammer corrections.

I still remember a frustrated London Burger place saller of a main  corporate chain, having a mirror at home and some experiance with German clients securing her pay by asking in good English, if they want Tomatos, Cheese or no cheese and extra big fries or any other extras knowing the Germans would consider her mumbling, therefore noone to talk to and take a step back from trying to chat her off by just nodding every time where they expected the end of a phrase, not understanding a single word obviously. Only Her Majesty speaks like them, in their mind, waiting that the King does do a grammer mistake.

The Most likely Scenario

The West is falling and everyobody gets it, but keeps ignoring it. Actually, The West must retreat from main areas both geographically and sociologically to retreat to hold it's core Corporate main areas.

Only in Italy the National Governement practically retreated from main turff in the south to hand it over to the Mafia by cutting all social money. This way, noone will hit their office or participate in their attached schooling system anymore. National Italy retreated to the main cities and some tourist spots, the country side inbetween already is quite free of National forces.

If the Europen Nations do not give up basically all turff and retreat into their main towns, with their major Sprawl and economic centre of the European Nation System streatching from London to Frankfurt as their core turff, it will turn to chaos from Lisbon to Kiev by outside and inside actions.

No matter offical politics, London is the most important financial spot for the EU. London, Paris, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Bruxelles, Antwerps, Cologne and Frankfurt are the the main cities and urban centers in the EU Nation that host all main corporates being allies of the Nation and that are in desperate need of The Nation as a system ensuring their success against even their own laws from Anti-Trust to Corruption or Civil Rights. 

There is also another layer in that core region consisting of rural small towns and villages starting just outside the main urban centers giving place for agriculture and cheaper housing beside close recreation vacation spots for the wealthy mid-class of Corporate and Nation Worlds, turning this into The Nations mainland and center of wealth.

Of course, Lisbon, Barcelona, Madrid, Warsaw and towns like Krakow can remain under National control, but Passau, Grenoble and Genua will streatch the existing manpower need to enfore fashist national rule in which laws apply only to some too far to not risc collaps, if just one town gets cut down the hard way.

The pay is good and the job provides a purposful life in the shadows of society on the bloody path of God. St. Valentine will be proudly protecting the team coming for no good against the other organistaion, as Lucifes own, taking them out as only outsider Cyberpunk Shadowrunners can do.

Local authorities will have no clue who in person it is that uses military menas in full face and body cover taking out each single member and the contractor could be everyone involved just remotley in their business.

Beside information provided by the contractor the runners own recon will turn base for an assassine run. The team will come on several rides into the turff and make base by good cover from hotel room tourists to investors to rough sleepers or modified cars and trucks. Even boats and airplanes will create an A-Team truck like base of operation in another world off Hollywood drama in which Evil is mixed up with Bad.

The elite of runners will just make way across every boarder and manage to avoid Police check ups completely considering them just the biggest gang in town to use all means, from bombs, assassine hit and run to long distance sniper techniques or blunt Pub brawle skull cracking hand to hand getting the job done.

Therefore, the acutal question is how do I improve my swimming and running?

The first thing to do is to evaluate your is situation and compare that to others of same age, weight and if you hit the test requirements. If you know you can pass the test you should keep the schedule and add other topics, as DJ said, the test is just to get the job, the job is different.

To survive the job you cannot be perfect enough. Others will try a very lot to kill you and talking out is no option.

Running and swimming both know techniques which are noted in high end olympic national team training books based on scientific resarch. They are just harder to get than Bruce Lees books on how to punch.

Running is based on a rhythm which is relative to the runners breathing. Then there is a length of step and a way to step. The faster on runs the more only the tows will hit ground and the more the step is like jumping, as in Olympic long jumping in which the last three steps are long jumped steps to than do the actual jump into the sand box, the faster on gets.

Just like shadow boxing that movement needs to be trained concesiously and slowley to perfrom it fast and under stress.

I say that the Germans did not change bit since their Reich is gonne and at least their manouver training shows that they got stuck in WW2 Weapon-SS tactics.

They are training with rather small groups of heavy mechaniced weapons that do lack even air support. The tactic is to bait the enemy in a trap by retreating after first contact into better positions. It is basically a form of ambushing.

The problem is that artillery of both grenade and rockets will be used instead of fast attacking troops by especially Russians that mastered the German tactic in WW2 to have them loos about one third of their terretory even so they heavily defeated to give their Confederate American allies within the western enemey more time to advance. NATO will retaliate and I better save my soul being stuck in Germany still in Hells Kitchen surrounded by the worst loosers God ever created. After a few feeks of the Russians attacking military bases and me taking down Polizei, there will be either surrender or total chaos.

The IDF in opposite to TheGermans is currently in an urban combat szenario. The first comprehensive footage I see suggests that HAMAS is using tactics based on the very same cookbooks ISIS and all African Skinnies used in e.g Black Hawk Down or even hardcory regular troops as in Hussaines Brigades in Faludjha. We have to understand that all these parties are sponsored by The West anyway.

They basically create little strongholds within a town and wait for the enemy to attack. On the way through the streets they use hit and run tactics to scare the enemey. In the end of the day the better equipped attacker will win against a milita using these tactics.

Every Punk Gang occuping a European city street and its houses would do a better job if using weapons of war facing soldiers instead of Polizei. These tactics are way of IRA tactics during The Troubles and fall short of more advanced single operator tactics.

Groups would spread out beyond one building and as soon as a spotter confirms the attacking group enterly in a street a coordinated attack from above dropping IEDs, Syrian style canister bombs or standard military granades, from below by opening tunnel enrances to fire belt fed guns and any windows for sniper, automatic firce or close range patrol bombs onto target would take out the attacking platoon.

As I would, some teams might kidnap attacking soldiers and use their knowledge of the local situation to avoid, out run and than attack other groups. Trying to create friendly fire, or if it was against Germans use an accusticaly good place for torture to demoralize the attacker, by having them listen to a comrade dying slowley in pain as they did in Poland just one Generals genartion before with everyone that looked like me.

Hisballah is better trained and equipped than the poorest of all organisations which is Hamas. They also have better training facilities and other parties in the Middle East can join forces to kick out The West by driving them off all Arabia, Turkey and Iran while attacking mainland Isreal with tanks....is as stupid as waiting in a house until IDFs comes or following Polizei orders in the current situaion.
