TheGerman's SWAT in a simulator

has no idea about his level. Basically, the guy does all wrong one can do wrong. The game is a quite realistic tactic simulator, that means the movements would be the same in real life. That the eye finger coordination is comperable to firing a gun and modern games even simulate the recoil behaviour quite realistically might not be agreed upon. Of course you need more physical training than behind a desk.

Ukraine war footage shows on especially infantry level only SS Storm Trooper tactics. These are light infantry units with little structure based only on ranks instead of weapons in use. 

Therefore, their battle planning can be easily done with some sticks and lines drawn into the sand or earth shortly before the attack and even the higher comand uses squares to indicate parameters that have very different diamater and straight lenghts.

Below is a Ukrainian like small battle ground assuming it is a small forest with no important other obstacles like houses or trenches. The lower group is German SS like troop using their battle map and from the top down the Provos system.

The numbers indicate the different weapons used. 1 is a small portable mortar and the blue circle the max range. Both 2 are gunners with M60 machine guns or possibly snipers and the inner blue circle is their maximum range based on weapon range and visibilty of terrain. The two 3s are M16 like rifle men teams and the green lines are their path into the battlefield with stop positions. On those they will give recon feedback. If it was a night attack under radio silance with defind short broadcast feedback such as contact in which of the chessboard like indicated parameters or if they move to their next waypoint.

Obviously, the Provos way needs way more planning, comunication and coordination in action and therefore more social skills like teamwork, trust and honest understanding of each units abilities than SS Storm Troppers using fast forward tactics.

The database in question is a picture database that lists each picture and further values. Those are tailored by the company and only some can be altered by the uploading outside user. 

Zucky must have build  a team with a manager and supervisors and desk workers. That happens with HR based on a profil. That profile is in either emails or a file in HR on either a desk computer or the HR server.

Then that team got an office and computers. They all have also privat internet access and used chat software with colleagues in and outside the team as with others outside the company. 

Then they started searching the database by keywords to find problematic content by user entered labels and possibly also by picture recognition software searching nudity.

One team brain stormed a key word list, the other was tindering through the database search results. All of that can create a psychologic profile. From wording used in chats to keyword brain storming results and put into relation of Zukkys HR profiles to understand, if they had true intentions or some else in mind.

There is no way that the team manager did not create a statistic with top keywords or checked on work progress using defined KPIs (key performance indicators) and a good chance that the team at some point had the IT or Developer department add a check mark like box to the overall database connected to the systems pop up messages.

An AI hypothesis

Most AI from big corpos is no real intelligence. They are pretty dumb sets of rules far off even a rule based system and none of Ivory League trained masters would come up with creating a software that writes its own rules. Like how would they get to that idea? You know what I mean, public scholars.

There is one way which is interesting and that's creating task dedicated virus style small code software that can alter itself. Like, you create a sandbox called environement. Let's say a Call of Duty map. Then you create a software that controls your avatar and does the mouse and key strokes instead of you and keeps noting success by adjusting its code to become more successful. Of that rather small piece of software you create on a bigger computer as many as you can and the most successful you further develop.

Another way might be connecting knots of information. Like the main purpose of the internet is sharing information. Animals with small brains are dumb, the bigger the brain gets, in the meaning of conncetions in the brain, the smarter the animal is.
