The differences in excellance of such platoons are big, but only little vsiible. From these low level trained forces to special operations platoons are significant differences that make a huge impact. A Special Forces platoon would come at night and slowly move into the cellar making little to no noise. They would have had the breefing on mines and drones directions before even getting into the ride to the frontline. The team in the vid did not organise the quarter and piles up excrement on the stairway to the outside instead of taking time to create a proper toilette. Hygene is important in battle which is why every Legionair even in Jungle Camp maintaince a shaved face every day. They did not create a cooking space or keep order like cleaning and tyding up the place at all and I can see no spot to excercise even basic physicle excercises.
