Listen to this. Both men are more bussy controling their aggression about the other guy, taken it personal, than being able to validete the overal legal issue. Having been working in an industry known top dog position of problem handling on way more complex topics that needed quick simplification within the pharma industry I learned to not take anyhting personal. Personal stands in the way of the goal. 

The only one that ever managed to trigger me was in the end of the day a German small time doc with way too much of an ego that kept swearing at me for 30 minutes period. When I asked him in on which floor of the street adress his office was he got short. Thatn I told him he had three options: One: Keep going and I file a complaint with our PM for the Pharma Company running the study. Two: He hands over the phone to the Study Nurse I do my job. He said it was three. I told him three was no option for everyone here and asked how long an ambulance would need to his office, becuase I have my car keys in the hand and will do the trio in 2 hours 30 min with 10 up the stairs and only 3 minutes with him in the office to have him repeat in my face what he said.

He passed on the phone, but so I had to a colleague to fix the tecnical problem on a study device.

As long we have a working system, like a doctor that got afterwards set off the trial when the PM understood whom he treated as he did having made a name in the industry by talking to pharma managers, there is no need to act like the Construction Mob on Union affairs in Italy or Boston.
